​What's Included In The Micro Wedding Package?

​​PRE-WEDDING PREPARATION

• ​Email, Phone and Personal planning with Brennan and Kelsi to share your dreams and ideas.
• A shared Pinterest Board is a great place to start creating your dream.​
• Assistance in finding any outside vendors you might need! (Hair and Makeup,  Photographers, Videographers, etc.)

​REHEARSAL

• Micro weddings have a 'Same Day' rehearsal. Usually the first 10-15 minutes after arrival.
• Detailed instructions guiding entire party, family, officiant, and couple through all the steps of a ceremony.
• Pre-Ceremony "Sneak Peek - Reveal" of the reception decor for the Couple.

​​WHAT'S INCLUDED (PRE-CEREMONY + CEREMONY)

• Wedding Party has access to the common areas of the venue and grounds for up to 4.5 Hours
• Assistance in unloading personal items and distributing them to proper locations.
• Bridal Suite and facilities with multiple private restrooms.
• Groom's Suite and facilities with private restroom.​
• Immediate wedding party is welcome to enjoy their day in the Game room, the Library, the Parlor to take a seat in the Big Red Chair, and other common areas. (These areas are not open to other guests)
• Your choice of outside (Lakeside, Drawbridge, Timberframe, or Castle Front) or Inside (Reception Hall)  ceremony locations.
• Brennan will DJ and MC for your ceremony entrances, recession, etc. 
• Plan "B"... In case of inclement weather, the ceremony and reception can be moved inside of the reception hall or pavilion area... at no extra charge!!!
• Multiple public restrooms for your guests in the reception area.
• Customized "Sign In" table with floral, linen and decor.
• Bride's Bouquet
• Matching Bridesmaids' Bouquets (Use sliders below)
• Groom's Boutonniere
• Groomsmen's boutonnieres (Use sliders below)
• Mahogany "Gladiator" folding chairs in ceremony area.​​
• 3 foot wide floral spray for ceremony area. 
• Ceremony area decor, options like lanterns, floating candles and cylinder vases, hanging vases of flowers on the chairs, etc.
• Variety of Signs (Welcome, Sign in, Memory, etc) 
• Variety of Flower Girl Baskets to use for Ceremony, as well as Ring Bearer Pillows, Signs, or Boxes
• Table and Linen for any ceremony related needs (sand ceremony, lock ceremony, box...)

​​BAR SERVICE

• NOT included with this package.
• ​Beer and Wine Bartender services can be added to this package for $400.
• ​Full Bar Service (Mixed drinks, cocktails, liquor services) can be added to this package for $600.
  Bar Service Includes Bartender for 3 hours.  Includes clear disposable cups, napkins, ice. 
  NOTE, We Do Not Sell Alcohol. You must provide all alcoholic beverages and mixings. 
  Bringing your own alcohol can save you HUNDREDS or even Thousands of dollars compared to what other venues charge!

WHAT'S INCLUDED (RECEPTION)

• Complete full service planning, design, floral, decor, linens, setup and takedown by our professional staff. We take care of everything! Our Event Staff will cater to all of the needs of you and your guests!
• The 4000 square foot indoor Air Conditioned / Heated Reception Hall , will be the main staging area of your Reception. 
• Several Wedding Dinner options! Robust Buffet Menus, Premium Catering upgrades, Grazing table, and more
• ​White Linen Ceiling material with String Lights Included!
• Freshly prepared, served hot and full of flavor! We have a large range of catering styles to fit every taste. Full Buffet Style Dinner. Many options available including Italian, Greek, Chinese, Tex-Mex, American, and traditional family favorites.​
• Drink service with iced tea, lemonade, and ice water.
• Nice disposable plates to match wedding theme with Gold or Silver disposable flatware - disposable napkins.
• Brennan will DJ and EmCee to entertain your guests, direct the toasts, dances and activities of the day. Complete sound system, dance lights and effects to keep your party lively! You choose the music to set the mood, our EmCee takes care of the rest.
• Professionally custom designed Wedding Cake in your choice of design and flavor.
• Floral Spray transferred from ceremony area to Reception Hall.
• Decorated "Sweethearts Table" with vase to hold brides bouquet.
•  "Gladiator" Chairs in white, or mahogany in reception area.
• Sixty Inch Round Tables (8 guests per table) or 8ft Rectangular tables
• Other tables for refreshments, memorial tables , etc.
• Simple, yet elegant hardscapes or center pieces for the guest tables and food tables to match your color scheme or theme.

• Food, utility, and gift tables will be covered in black, white, or ivory.
• "First Dance", "Father Daughter", or other formal dances announced and played.

• Complimentary cake cutting and plating.
• Cake cutting knife and server, or use a Sword to cut your cake!
• Overhead Projector available for slideshows or monograms

• Assistance in loading leftover cake, food and personal items at the end of the day.
