What's Included In The Copper Package?
PRE-WEDDING PREPARATION
- Email, Phone and Personal visits with Misty, your "Fairy God Mother" to compare dreams and ideas.
- A shared Pinterest Board is a great place to start sharing ideas...
- Work with Victor to discuss any custom built props or specialty items that you would like created.
(Backdrops, stages, platforms, special lighting, motion controls, production elements... The fun stuff!). - Coordinate with Officiant to discuss ceremony and paperwork, and personal touches for your ceremony.
- Cake Tasting with the Baker / Designer. Begin designing your unique Wedding Cake
(usually 60 days or so before wedding) - Consult with DJ/EmCee for Audio / Video needs.
- Assistance in finding any outside vendors you may want to add (Hair and Makeup, Videographers, etc.)
REHEARSAL
- Copper weddings have a Same Day rehearsal
- "Sneak Peek - Reveal" of the reception decor for the Bride and Groom.
CEREMONY DAY!
- Wedding Party has free roam of the common areas of the venue and grounds for up to 6 Hours
(Guest entry is 30 minutes prior to ceremony.) - Parking attendants provided.
- Bridal Suite and facilities with private restroom.
- Groom's Suite and facilities with private restroom.
- Two "Mothers Rooms" for other wedding party to dress.
- Clean (and pretty) public restrooms for your guests in the reception area.
- Immediate wedding party is welcome to enjoy their day in the Game room, the Library, the Parlor to take a seat in the Big Red Chair, and other common areas.
- Your choice of outside (Lakeside, Drawbridge, Timberframe, or White Garden) or Inside (Reception Hall) ceremony locations.
- Plan "B"...In case of inclement weather, the ceremony and reception can be moved inside of the reception hall or pavilion area...no extra charge!!!
- Customized "Sign In" table with floral, linen and decor.
- Bride's Bouquet
- Matching Bridesmaid's Bouquets
- Groom's Boutonniere
- Groomsman's boutonnieres
- 1 - Flower girl basket filled with rose petals
- 1 - Ring bearer pillow or box.
- Mahogany "Gladiator" folding chairs in ceremony area.
- Ceremony music of your choice on our sound system.
- Colored lanterns with tea light candles or flower arrangements for aisle marker shepard hooks (open to your ideas as well!)
- 3 foot wide floral spray for ceremony area.
- Ceremony area decor (limited, but Nice!)- Grape vine, burlap, crystal beading, pearls, Several chandelier options, with candles and many other design elements available!
- A Non-Denominational Officiate / Minister. Alabama law nolonger requires an "Ordained minister" to perform ceremonies. A friend or relative can make a special moment for you two. We have a Notary Public on hand for required certifications.
- Table and Linen for any ceremony related needs (sand ceremony, lock ceremony, box...)
BAR SERVICE
- NOT included with this package.
- Bar Service for Beer and Wine only can be added to this package for $400.
- Full Bar Service can be added to this package for $600.
Bar Service Includes Bartender for 3 hours. Includes clear disposable cups, napkins, ice.
NOTE, We Do Not Sell Alcohol. You must provide all alcoholic beverages and mixings.
Bringing your own alcohol can save you HUNDREDS or even Thousands of dollars compared to what other venues charge!
RECEPTION
- Complete full service planning, design, floral, decor, linens, setup and takedown by our professional staff. We take care of everything! Our Event Staff will cater to all of the needs of you and your guests!
- The 4000 square foot indoor air Conditioned / Heated Reception Hall , will be the main staging area point of your Reception. Food can be served in the Hall, or out in the Pavilion.
- White Linen Ceiling material with String Lights Included!
- Freshly prepared, hot when served and amazing taste! We have a large range of catering styles to fit every taste. Full Buffet Style Dinner. Many options available including Italian, Greek, Chinese, Tex-Mex, American, and traditional family favorites.
- Drink service with iced tea, lemonade, and ice water.
- Gold or Silver Rim disposable plates with Gold or Silver disposable flatware - White paper napkins.
- Professional DJ EmCee to entertain your guests, direct the toasts, dances and activities of the day. Complete sound system, dance lights and effects to keep your party lively! On-line login to select the music you want to hear, or not to hear. You chose the music to set the mood, our EmCee takes care of the rest.
- The Copper Package Includes Clear, Gold Rim or Silver "high end" disposable plates, plastic glasses, silver or gold colored plastic flatware, and paper napkins.
- Professionally custom designed Wedding Cake in your choice of style, color and flavor.
- Floral Spray for Fireplace in Reception Hall.
- Decorated "Sweethearts Table" with vase to hold brides bouquet.
- "Gladiator" Chairs in white, or mahogany in reception area.
- Sixty Inch Round Tables (8 guests per table)
- Other tables for refreshments, memorial tables , etc.
- Simple, yet elegant hardscapes or center pieces for the guest tables and food tables to match your color scheme or theme. Way too many options to list here.
- Table Linens - Black, White, or Ivory tablecloths . (Additional colors available)
- Food, utility, and gift tables will be covered in black, white, or ivory.
- "First Dance", "Father Daughter", or other formal dances announced and played.
- 1 bottle of Champagne or sparkling juice for Bride and Groom
- Champagne flutes for Bride and Groom
- Cake stands - round or square
- Complimentary cake cutting and plating.
- Silver cake cutting knife and server, or use a Sword to cut your cake!
- Teardown and cleanup service included.
