​What's Included In The Elopement Wedding Package?

​​PRE-WEDDING PREPARATION
  • ​Email, Phone and Personal planning with Saren to compare dreams and ideas.
  • A shared Pinterest Board is a great place to start sharing ideas...​
  • Assistance in finding any outside vendors you may need (Hair and Makeup,  Photographers, Videographers, etc.)
​REHEARSAL
  • Elopement weddings have a 'Same Day' rehearsal usually the first 10 minutes after arrival.
  • Pre-Ceremony "Sneak Peek - Reveal" of the reception decor for the Couple.
WHAT'S INCLUDED (​​PRE-CEREMONY + CEREMONY)​ (Guest entry is 30 minutes prior to ceremony time.)

  • We strongly advise that wedding party comes with hair and makeup done so all they have to do is get dressed.
     It allows the festivities to begin much sooner!
  • Wedding Party has access to the common areas of the venue and grounds for up to 3 Hours
  • Bridal Suite and facilities with private restroom.
  • Groom's Suite and facilities with private restroom.
  • Your choice of outside (Lakeside, Drawbridge, Timberframe, or Castle Front) ​or Inside the Castle 
  • Your choice of music for ceremony entrance, recession, etc. 
  • Plan "B"...In case of inclement weather, the ceremony and reception can be moved inside of the castle or the timber frame
  • Bride's  Bouquet
  • Matching Bridesmaids' Bouquets (use sliders below)
  • Groom's Boutonniere
  • Groomsmen's boutonnieres (use sliders below)
  • Mahogany "Gladiator" folding chairs in ceremony area.
  • Ceremony music of your choice on our sound system.​
  • 3 foot wide floral spray for ceremony area. 
  • Additional ceremony area decor (limited, but Nice!)
  • Table and Linen for any ceremony related needs (sand ceremony, lock ceremony, box...)
​​BAR SERVICE
  • NOT included with this package.
  • ​Bar Service for Beer and Wine only can be added to this package  for $300.
  • ​Full Bar Service can be added to this package for $500.
    Bar Service Includes Bartender for 2 hours.  Includes clear disposable cups, napkins, ice. 
    NOTE, We Do Not Sell Alcohol. You must provide all alcoholic beverages and mixings. 
    Bringing your own alcohol can save you HUNDREDS of dollars compared to what other venues charge!
WHAT'S INCLUDED (RECEPTION)
  • Complete full service planning, design, floral, decor, linens, setup and takedown by our professional staff. We take care of everything! Our Event Staff will cater to all of the needs of you and your guests!
  • The spacious open floor plan inside the Castle is Air Conditioned / Heated and  will be the main staging area of your Reception. Food can be served in the  Castle, or out in the Pavilion.
  • We have a large range of catering styles available to fit every taste. Full Buffet Style Dinner available. Many options available including Italian, Greek, Chinese, Tex-Mex, American, and traditional family favorites.
  • Drink service with iced tea, lemonade, and ice water.
  • Disposable plates with Gold or Silver disposable flatware - Disposable napkins.
  • Staff will DJ/EmCee to entertain your guests, direct the toasts, dances and activities of the day. 
  • White two tiered  Wedding Cake frosted with buttercream and decorated in floral to match the decor.
  • Floral Spray transferred from ceremony area into the Castle.
  • Decorated "Sweethearts Table" with vase to hold brides bouquet.
  • Your Choice of Gold, Silver, Black or Wood Chiavari chairs included!
  • Rectangular or round tables.
  • Other tables for refreshments, memorial tables , etc.
  • Simple, yet elegant hardscapes or center pieces for the guest tables and food tables to match your color scheme or theme.

  • Table Linens for guest tables
  • "First Dance", "Father Daughter", or other formal dances announced and played.
  • One bottle of Champagne or sparkling juice for Couple
  • Champagne flutes for Couple
  • Cake stands provided

  • Cake cutting knife and server, or use a Sword to cut your cake!
  • Teardown and cleanup service included.
  • Wedding Sparklers for your "Getaway"! Great Photo Opportunity.
  • Fireworks are an additional $600 for this package.
  • Assistance in loading leftover cake, food and personal items at the end of the day.

​Enjoy all of the beauty and fun of the castle without breaking the bank! ​Please note that almost ALL of our preparations, purchases, vendor payments, labor obligations and work happens before your guests arrive.  Last Minute Additions to your Guest List will affect overall Service and Price.
