PRE-WEDDING PREPARATION
- Email, Phone and Face-Time with Misty, your "Fairy God Mother"
- A shared Pinterest Board is a great place to start sharing ideas.
- Planning Meetings at 120, 90, 60 and 30 Days before wedding. (as needed)
- Schedule with your photographer to do a Engagement Photoshoot here at the castle.
- Work with Victor to discuss any custom built props or specialty items that you would like created.
(Most gold packages get at least one large prop or special build) - Assistance in setting Seating Charts, Place Cards, and Seating Arrangements (If desired).
- Assistance in preparing Save-the-date cards and invitations.
- Coordinate with Officiant to discuss ceremony vows, traditions, ceremony components, symbolic rituals , and personal touches for your ceremony.
- Cake Tasting with the baker to begin designing your unique Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake!
(usually 60 days or so before wedding) - Consult with our DJ/EmCee for audio / video preferences. Start planning the 'tone' of your wedding.
- Discuss Signature Drinks and how / when you would like them served.
- Assistance in finding any outside vendors you may want to add (Hair and Makeup, Videographers, etc.)
Don't have time for all of that? No Problem! You can be as involved as you want to be!
Just tell Misty what you want and we can fill in the gaps!
REHEARSAL
- NOTE: We recommend that you schedule your Rehearsal for two days before your Wedding.
It allows one more "shopping day" if anything goes wrong... (missing tux pieces, no black socks, etc.)
This is NOT a requirement, merely a suggestion. - Early load in of dresses and tuxedos to the Bride and Groom's suites... Bring Check List items.
- Early load in of family provided decor,beverages etc.
- 1.5 Hour "Walk through" of wedding ceremony for placement, speed, and photographer direction.
- Ceremony music set up and played at the rehearsal (Your choice of music)
- "Sneak Peek - Reveal" of the reception decor for the Bride and Groom.
- Final adjustments to wedding elements to insure your day is perfect!
- Go over the Wedding Timeline with you so everyone is on the "same page"
CEREMONY DAY!
- Wedding Party has free roam of the common areas of the venue and grounds for up to 12 Hours
- (Guest entry is 30 minutes prior to ceremony.)
- Parking Attendants Provided,
- Pre Wedding Refreshments for wedding party while getting ready:

Served with rolls and crackers, lemonade, tea. - Cold Sodas and Bottled Water for the Wedding Party in Bridal Suite and Grooms Suite
(Coke and Sprite always on hand... let us know if you would like something else) - Guests are met with refreshments to match the season!
- Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Lemonade, Punch, Snow cones...
- Bridal Suite and facilities with private restroom.
- Groom's Suite and facilities with private restroom.
- Use of the Family Suite for other wedding party to dress.
- Clean (and pretty) public restrooms for your guests in the reception area.
- Immediate wedding party is welcome to enjoy their day in the Game room, the Library, the Parlor and other common areas.
- Your choice of outside (Lakeside, Drawbridge, Carriage House Doors, White Garden ) ceremony locations.
- ...Plan "B"...In case of inclement weather, the ceremony and reception can be moved inside of the Reception Hall and pavilion area...no extra charge!!!

- A Non-Denominational Officiate / Minister (if needed)
- Table and Linen for any ceremony related needs (sand ceremony, lock ceremony, box...)
COCKTAIL HOUR / BAR SERVICE
- Separate area for Cocktail Hour with light Hors d'oeuvres and Signature Drinks
Includes "Highboy" tables, bartender, glasses, plates, napkins, and ice. - Champagne Flutes provided for all guests for a celebratory toast.

- Beer Taps Provided
The Main Bar will serve alcohol up until 45 Minutes of the reception end.
NOTE, We Do Not Sell Alcohol. You must provide all alcoholic beverages and mixings.

RECEPTION
- Complete full service planning, design, floral, decor, linens, setup and takedown by our professional staff. We take care of everything!
- Our Event Staff will cater to all of the needs of you, and your guests.
- The 4000 square foot indoor reception hall , will be the main staging area point of your Reception.
- Food can be served in the hall, or out in the Pavilion.
- Chef is in the back making something sizzle! Freshly prepared, hot when served and amazing taste! We have a large range of catering styles to fit every taste. Full buffet style or seated plated dinner. Many options available.
- The gold package Includes silver, black, or gold charger plates, white or black china, polished silverware, and water glasses, wine glasses at each place setting.
- Cloth Napkins in your color choice
- Creative signs and chalkboards to reflect the mood you are setting

- 14 Foot Projection Screen over the dance floor to deliver your slide show, or monogram.
