Elopement Package Details
All-Inclusive 3-hour Package with "Day of" Rehearsal.
Pre-Elopement Preparation
- Email, Phone, Facebook, and Live meeting time with Brennan and Kelsi to share ideas and take care of all of the details of the planning and décor.
- Sharing your Pinterest Board is a great place to start sharing ideas.
- Complete Elopement Wedding planning, design, and décor services by our planning team.
- Complete setup by our staff of all tables, chairs, linens, food display and décor.
- 3 Hour Wedding Package. 1 hour of Prep/Photos, 30 minutes ceremony, and 1.5 hour reception.
- Maximum Guest Count is 50.
RehearsaL
- Elopement Rehearsals are done the same day as the wedding
Ceremony Day!
- Venue and Grounds for 3 Hours for the Couple. Guests arrive 30 minutes before Ceremony time.
- To maximize your time at the castle, arrive with hair and makeup done.
- Our staff will help unload anything you need brought in to the Castle or Grooms Suite.
- Use of the Bridal Suite and facilities to get ready in.
- Use of the Groom's Suite and facilities to get ready in.
- Your choice of ceremony locations.
- Fresh flower Bridal Bouquet.
- Groom's Boutonniere.
- Background music of your choice on our sound system.
- A Non-Denominational Officiate / Minister Available.
- Mahogany "Gladiator" chairs in ceremony area.
- Light décor of ceremony area of your choice. (Lanterns, Linens, candles, Light floral, etc. )
- Ceremony music played, for Entry, Exit, and any special musical additions you may desire.
- Use of the venue grounds and common areas of the Castle for Wedding and Family Photos.
Alcohol
- 1 Complimentary Bottle of Champagne or sparkling juice for Toasting your Union!
- Champagne Wedding flutes provided for Bride and Groom.
- If Alcohol consumption is to exceed "The Toast" we are required to have a bartender / security on site.
- NOTE, We Do Not Sell Alcohol. You must provide all alcoholic beverages and mixings.
Reception
- Elopement Reception with less than 24 guests can be held Inside the Castle, 25+ guests it will take place in The Great Hall
- Reception is 1 hour and 30 minutes long.
- Two Tier Wedding Cake with Floral Décor. Sheet cake is available to be served for guests for larger groups.
- Cake cutting included.
- Cake Stand (several to choose from) included.
- Use of cake-cutting knife and server. (OR you can cut your cake with your choice of Swords!)
- Tea / Lemonade, and ice water.
- Upgraded "Chiavari" chairs in Gold, Silver, Wood, or Black.
- Round or Rectangular Tables
- Other tables as needed for refreshments, memorial tables, etc.
- Gold or Silver "look-a-like" disposable plates, flatware and napkins
- Decorated "Sweetheart Table" with Vase to hold Brides Bouquet.
- Choice of Black, White, or Ivory Linens. (Upgrades available)
- Simple, Elegant Table Centerpieces for Guest Tables.
- "First Dance" played along with any other Family dances requested.
- Background Music played for reception. We can play from your playlist or come up with one for you.
- Assistance loading gifts, and personal items
