 A "Venue Only" or a DIY wedding is a rewarding and  budget-friendly way to create a truly one of a kind unique and personalized wedding day.
DoItYourself, or chose the vendors that allow you to showcase your creativity, personality, and style! Celebrate your love with your own personal flair on your Wedding Day!

The Venue Only Package Includes:
12 Hour day to include 2 hour setup and 1 hour teardown.
  • At least 3 venue attendants on site to insure smooth venue facilities.
  • Free onsite Parking
  • Use of Grooms Suite with a Big Screen TV
  • Use of Bridal Suite with seating area for bridal attendants
  • Makeup room with  4 Hair + Makeup Stations

    ​Ceremony Area
  • Your Choice of Lakeside, Timber Frame, or other areas for your ceremony
  • Mahogany Gladiator Chairs set up in your choice of ceremony areas
  • Tables for sand ceremony / communion / candle ceremony etc.
  • Power supplied  for lighting and for your DJ to  play ceremony music.

    Reception Area Includes
  • 10 Tons of A/C or wood burning fireplace to keep your guests comfortable.
  • Chiavari Chairs setup in the Reception Seating Area
  • 60 inch Round Tables in the Reception Hall (Seats 8 comfortably)
  • 8' Wood Farm Tables available if you prefer.
  • Table cloths in your choice of Dozens of Colors, placed on tables.
  • ​Overhead linens covering the entire ceiling with string lighting above linens.
  • Colored wall lighting in your choice of color(s).
  • ​14 Cognac Crystal Chandeliers with Dimming Ability.
  • Separate attached room for buffet service or for caterers to plate dinners.
  • Large prep area for caterer.
  • ​Many tables for displays, prep work as needed.
  • DJ Booth for your DJ to setup inside.
